1.) How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Normal delivery time will be approximately 2-3 working days once your order has shipped with our partner couriers. Weekend days/public holidays should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.

2.) Why register?

In addition to a faster ordering process for future purchases, the login allows you to conveniently manage your delivery addresses, payment methods and much more. It is then no longer necessary to enter this data again.
In addition, you can view the orders you have placed, find out the current status and track the current progress of shipments.

3.) What do I have to state when registering?

To register with 4u2play we need the following information:

• Email address (this is also the username)
• Password (at least 8 characters)
• Password confirmation (must match the chosen password)
• Salutation (Mr., Mrs., Company)
• First name & surname
• Billing and delivery address

All these details are absolutely necessary in order to register a user account for the 4u2play shop. The postal address and any other delivery addresses will be requested when the first order is placed. All data can be supplemented, extended or, insofar as they are not necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, deleted at any time.

 

5.) What can I find under "My account"?

In the top navigation of the homepage you can view and edit the following information under "My account":

• Everything about your order
• Your personal data
• Payment and delivery settings
• Newsletter administration
• Shopping cart and notepad settings

6.) What is my user name?

Please note that the user name is always the email address with which you registered. Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign your own user name.

 

If you have lost your login data, you can request a new password using the "Forgotten password?" function.

8.) How do I order products? 

If you would like to order a product, you can do so by using the "add to shopping cart" function. In the top navigation, you can click on the shopping basket symbol at any time to get to the overview of the items you have already selected. There you can, among other things, make changes to the quantity of the respective product. If everything is correct, go through the ordering process by selecting "Checkout".

There you will go through the following steps:

• Add goods to shopping cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Enter address
• Select shipping method
• Select payment method
• Check order
• Order with obligation to pay

9.) Which payment and shipping methods can I choose from?

As payment methods we accept:

• Payment with Amazon
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Prepayment

Standard shipping is via DHL.

11.) How can I return delivered products?

You can exercise your right of cancellation within one month of receiving the goods and return the goods you have received. Please use the corresponding return form. You can find more detailed information under Right of withdrawal

If you discover a defect after receiving a product, we ask you to register it with us for return by providing the relevant information via the Defective product link.

After checking and written approval from us, we will immediately send you a link.

We would like to ask you to refrain from unfree shipments, as this causes unnecessarily high costs.

After receipt of the goods, we will process your request as quickly as possible.
